Content best practices

The stuff I keep repeating, short version.

Hook in the first 2 seconds
The thumbnail gets the click, the hook keeps them watching. Open with the most interesting frame, question, or movement you have.
Copy proven formats
Find videos with 100K+ views in our niche or adjacent ones, keep the structure, swap in VORO. Don't invent from scratch.
Watch time beats views
The algorithm rewards average watch time. Aim for tight 15 to 30 second reels and cut anything slow.
One idea per video
One clear idea, product recognizable, confidence moment first. Save the other ideas for the next video.
Curiosity thumbnails
Facial expressions, short text, or a clean premium frame with great lighting. Thumbnails and hooks work best combined.
Search before you shoot
Look up "lost lip balm" and similar searches to see what already works organically, then make your version.
The three questions
Before posting, ask: does this make the viewer feel more confident and ready? Is it not cringe? Would it not deter the opposite gender?
